이 안내는 PDF STUDIO 확장 프로그램과 선택적 삭제 설문에 적용됩니다. 운영자는 PDF STUDIO 운영자 (qkralsdnr5)이며 문의 주소는 qkralsdnr5@gmail.com입니다.

1. PDF는 기기에서 처리합니다

사용자가 선택한 PDF, 파일명 및 편집 데이터는 브라우저에서 로컬로 처리합니다. PDF 내용, 파일명 및 문서 해시를 인증·사용량 서버나 국가 조회 서비스에 보내지 않습니다. 사용자가 저장한 파일은 사용자가 관리합니다.

2. Google 로그인과 무료 저장 한도

Google 로그인을 선택하면 Google과 Supabase에서 인증이 진행됩니다. 계정 UUID와 이메일, 인증 코드 및 액세스·리프레시 토큰을 로그인과 계정별 하루 무료 저장 한도 관리에 사용합니다. Google 인증 응답에는 이름·프로필 사진 등 프로필 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 확장은 Google 비밀번호를 수집하지 않습니다.

인증 세션은 Chrome 세션 저장소에 보관합니다. 로그아웃하거나 브라우저 세션이 종료되면 확장에 저장된 로컬 세션이 제거됩니다. 로그아웃은 서버의 계정이나 사용량 기록을 삭제하는 기능은 아닙니다.

Supabase에는 계정 ID, 계정의 IANA 시간대, 서버가 발급한 작업 UUID, 날짜별 저장 횟수 및 관련 시각을 보관합니다. 이는 하루 한도 관리와 통신 재시도 시 중복 차감 방지에 사용합니다. 최초 등록한 계정 시간대를 기준으로 한도를 관리하며, 같은 계정으로 재설치 후 로그인해도 서버 기록을 사용합니다.

3. 국가 조회와 언어 설정

기본 표시 언어를 선택하기 위해 Country API에 요청합니다. 이 서비스는 접속 IP를 받고 국가 코드를 반환합니다. 앱은 국가 코드와 만료 시각만 기기에 30일 동안 캐시하며 IP를 이 로컬 캐시에 저장하지 않습니다.

국가 조회 요청에는 PDF, 파일명, 계정 정보, 쿠키 및 리퍼러를 포함하지 않습니다. GPS나 정밀 위치는 조회하지 않습니다. 사용자는 언어를 직접 선택할 수 있으며, 직접 선택한 언어는 저장소를 지울 때까지 유지됩니다.

4. 삭제 후 설문은 선택 사항입니다

확장을 삭제하면 공개 설문 페이지가 열릴 수 있습니다. 삭제 URL에는 표시 언어 코드만 추가하며 계정 정보나 인증 토큰을 추가하지 않습니다. 답변을 제출하지 않고 페이지를 닫아도 됩니다. 설문은 Google 로그인이나 이메일 입력을 요구하지 않습니다.

답변을 제출하면 다음 항목을 Supabase에 저장하여 제품 개선에 활용합니다.

PDF, 파일명 및 Google 계정 정보를 설문 요청에 자동으로 포함하지 않습니다. 의견에는 이름, 이메일, 문서 내용 등 개인정보나 민감한 내용을 적지 마세요.

5. 설문 중복 방지 기록

같은 설문 사이트와 브라우저 프로필에서 한 번만 제출하도록 브라우저에 무작위 UUID와 제출 완료 여부를 저장합니다. 의견 원문은 이 브라우저 저장소에 장기 보관하지 않습니다.

서버에는 브라우저 UUID, 원래 제출 UUID 및 제출 시각만 담은 별도 중복 확인 기록을 영구 보관합니다. 이 기록에는 의견 원문이 없습니다. 설문 응답 원문이 삭제된 뒤에도 중복 확인과 응답 유실 후 재시도 확인에 사용합니다.

사이트 데이터 삭제, 다른 브라우저·프로필 또는 시크릿 창에서는 새 식별값이 만들어질 수 있습니다. 이 방식은 브라우저 기준이며 사람의 신원을 확인하거나 Google 계정과 연결하는 방식은 아닙니다.

6. 외부 서비스와 접근 제한

인증에는 Google과 Supabase, 사용량·설문 저장에는 Supabase, 국가 조회에는 Country API, 공개 설문 호스팅에는 Sites를 사용합니다. 네트워크 요청을 처리하는 서비스는 접속 IP를 받고 일반적인 접속 로그를 보관할 수 있습니다. 각 제공자의 처리 및 보관 조건은 앱의 저장 항목과 별개입니다.

설문 응답 원문과 중복 확인 기록은 일반 사용자가 조회할 수 없도록 제한합니다. 확장은 방문한 웹페이지, 검색 기록, 이메일 받은편지함 또는 개인 메시지를 수집하는 기능을 사용하지 않습니다.

사용자 정보의 이용 제한

PDF STUDIO 운영자는 사용자 정보를 이 안내에 설명한 기능의 제공·보호·개선에만 사용합니다. 사용자 정보를 판매하거나 광고 또는 신용평가 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. PDF STUDIO의 사용자 정보 이용은 Chrome 웹스토어 사용자 데이터 정책의 Limited Use 요건을 준수합니다.

7. 보관과 개인정보 요청

국가 캐시는 30일 동안 유효하며 언어 선택과 설문 브라우저 식별값은 해당 저장소를 지울 때까지 유지됩니다. 로컬 로그인 세션은 위에서 설명한 세션 종료·로그아웃 규칙을 따릅니다. 계정 시간대와 서버 계정·사용량 기록은 확장을 삭제하거나 재설치해도 함께 삭제되지 않습니다.

서버의 인증 계정, 사용량 기록 및 설문 원문에 대해 현재 확인된 고정 자동삭제 기간은 없습니다. 일정 기간 내 자동삭제를 보장하지 않습니다. 설문 중복 확인 기록은 앞서 설명한 목적을 위해 영구 보관합니다.

본인 데이터의 열람·정정·삭제 등 문의는 qkralsdnr5@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 무작위 설문 식별자만 사용하는 응답은 관련 기록을 찾고 본인 요청인지 확인하기 위해 추가 정보가 필요할 수 있습니다. 문의할 때 인증 토큰이나 비밀번호, 원본 PDF를 보내지 마세요.

This notice covers the PDF STUDIO extension and its optional uninstall survey. The operator is PDF STUDIO operator (qkralsdnr5). Contact: qkralsdnr5@gmail.com.

1. PDF processing stays on your device

User-selected PDFs, file names and editing data are processed locally in the browser. PDF content, file names and document hashes are not sent to our authentication or quota server or to the country lookup service. You manage the files you export.

2. Google sign-in and the free export allowance

When you choose Google sign-in, Google and Supabase handle authentication. Account UUID, email, authorization codes and access/refresh tokens support sign-in and the account-based daily free export allowance. Google authentication responses may also include profile information such as a name or profile image. The extension does not collect Google passwords.

The authentication session is stored in Chrome session storage. Logging out or ending the browser session removes the local extension session. Logging out does not delete the server account or usage records.

Supabase stores the account ID, account IANA time zone, server-issued job UUIDs, daily export counts and related timestamps. These support daily allowance management and prevent double charging during a network retry. The first registered account time zone determines the daily allowance. Signing in with the same account after reinstallation uses its server records.

3. Country lookup and language preferences

The app requests Country API to select a default display language. That service receives the connection IP and returns a country code. The app caches only the country code and expiration on the device for 30 days, without storing the IP in this local cache.

The country request contains no PDF content, file names, account information, cookies or referrer. The app does not request GPS or precise location. You can select a language manually, and this preference remains until the relevant storage is cleared.

4. The uninstall survey is optional

A public survey page may open when the extension is removed. Only the display-language code is added to its uninstall URL, not account information or authentication tokens. You may close the page without responding. The survey requires no Google sign-in or email address.

If you submit a response, Supabase stores the following to help improve the product:

PDF files, file names and Google account information are not automatically included in the survey payload. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information, such as names, email addresses or document contents, in your comment.

5. Survey duplicate receipts

The survey site stores a random browser UUID and a completion flag to allow one response per browser profile. Comment text is not kept long term in this browser storage.

A separate server receipt permanently retains only the browser UUID, original submission UUID and submission time. It contains no comment text. It remains available for duplicate checks and lost-response retries after the survey response content is deleted.

Clearing site data, using another browser or profile, or using a private window may create a new identifier. This is a browser-based rule, not proof of a person's identity, and the identifier is not linked to a Google account.

6. External services and access restrictions

The app uses Google and Supabase for authentication, Supabase for quotas and survey storage, Country API for country lookup, and Sites for the public survey. Services handling network requests receive the connection IP and may maintain ordinary access logs. Their processing and retention terms are separate from the app's stored data.

Survey response content and duplicate receipts are restricted from access by ordinary users. The extension does not implement collection of visited webpages, search history, email inboxes or personal messages.

Limited use of user information

The PDF STUDIO operator uses user information only to provide, protect and improve the features described in this notice. User information is not sold or used for advertising or credit assessment. PDF STUDIO's use of user information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

7. Retention and privacy requests

The country cache is valid for 30 days. Language preferences and the survey browser identifier remain until the relevant storage is cleared. Local authentication sessions follow the logout and session-end rules described above. Removing or reinstalling the extension does not also delete the account time zone or server account and quota records.

A fixed automatic-deletion period for server Auth accounts, quota records and survey response text has not currently been confirmed. Deletion within a specific period is not guaranteed. Survey duplicate receipts are retained indefinitely for the stated purpose.

For access, correction or deletion requests concerning your data, contact qkralsdnr5@gmail.com. Responses identified only by random survey IDs may require additional information to locate the relevant record and verify your request. Please do not email authentication tokens, passwords or original PDF files.
