처음 사용하는 방법
- Chrome의 확장 프로그램 목록에서 PDF STUDIO를 열어 편집기를 실행합니다.
- 편집하기 전에 상단의 Google로 계속하기를 눌러 로그인하고 남은 무료 문서 한도를 확인합니다.
- 공개 연습용 PDF 내려받기를 눌러 연습 파일을 받습니다. 상단의 PDF 열기에서 파일을 선택하거나 가운데로 끌어 놓습니다. 본인 PDF로 작업해도 됩니다.
- 왼쪽 도구 목록에서 본문 수정을 선택합니다.
- 오른쪽 본문 목록에서 한 줄을 선택하고 새 문구를 입력합니다. 기존 줄의 폭에 들어가는 짧은 문구로 연습해 보세요.
- 문구 교체를 눌러 변경을 적용하고 미리보기를 확인한 뒤, 상단의 PDF 저장을 눌러 사본을 내려받습니다.
- 저장 결과를 열어 글꼴과 페이지 배치가 원하는 대로 적용됐는지 확인합니다.
다른 도구도 왼쪽에서 선택한 뒤 오른쪽 설정과 안내에 따라 적용하거나 내보낼 수 있습니다. 문서를 열어 확인하는 것만으로는 무료 횟수가 차감되지 않습니다.
Google 로그인이나 저장이 되지 않아요
인터넷 연결을 확인하고 Google 로그인을 다시 시도해 주세요. Chrome 확장 페이지에서 프로그램을 다시 실행하면 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 작성 중인 편집 내용이 있다면 탭을 닫거나 확장을 다시 설치하기 전에 내용 손실에 주의해 주세요.
서버 접속이나 인증 확인에 실패하면 무료 저장 한도를 확인할 수 없어 저장이 진행되지 않을 수 있습니다. Google 비밀번호나 인증 토큰을 문의 메일에 보내지 마세요.
무료 문서 한도는 어떻게 계산하나요?
현재 무료 버전의 한도는 계정당 하루 새 문서 작업 5개입니다. 편집한 문서 작업을 처음 저장하거나 내보낼 때 1개를 사용한 것으로 기록합니다. 같은 날 같은 작업을 다시 저장하거나 내보내면 추가 차감하지 않습니다. 같은 파일이라도 새로 열어 작업을 시작하면 별도 문서 작업으로 취급될 수 있습니다.
한도는 최초 등록한 계정 시간대의 자정에 초기화됩니다. 계정 영역에서 남은 문서 수와 시간대 안내를 확인해 주세요. 확장을 삭제하고 재설치해도 같은 Google 계정의 서버 사용량은 초기화되지 않습니다.
PDF 내용이 서버로 전송되나요?
PDF와 파일명은 브라우저에서 로컬로 처리합니다. 로그인 및 무료 저장 한도 관리에는 외부 서비스가 사용됩니다. 자세한 처리 항목과 선택적 설문 안내는 개인정보 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
한글·글꼴이나 저장 결과가 달라요
PDF의 글꼴과 문서 구조에 따라 편집 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다. 원본을 보관하고 저장한 파일을 확인해 주세요. 스캔한 PDF는 문자 인식 결과에 오류가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 필요한 경우 개인정보와 문서 내용을 가린 화면 이미지

Getting started
- Open PDF STUDIO from Chrome's extensions menu to launch the editor.
- Before editing, use the Google sign-in button at the top and check the remaining free document allowance.
- Download the public sample PDF. Select it using Open PDF at the top or drop it in the center. You can also use your own PDF.
- Choose Edit text from the tool list on the left.
- Select a line from the text list on the right and enter replacement text. For practice, use a short phrase that fits the original line width.
- Select Replace text to apply the change, check the preview, then use Save PDF at the top to download a copy.
- Open the exported file to check its fonts and page layout.
For other tools, select the tool on the left and follow its settings and instructions on the right to apply changes or export. Opening and viewing a document does not consume the allowance.
Google sign-in or export is failing
Check your internet connection and retry Google sign-in. Reopening the app from Chrome's extensions page may help. If you have unsaved edits, be careful about closing the tab or reinstalling the extension because those edits may be lost.
If authentication or server access fails, the app may be unable to verify your free export allowance and continue the export. Do not send Google passwords or authentication tokens in a support email.
How is the free document allowance counted?
The current free version allows five new document jobs per account per day. The first save or export of an edited document job consumes one allowance unit. Saving or exporting the same job again on the same account day does not consume another unit. Reopening the same file to start another job may count as a separate document job.
The allowance resets at midnight in the account's first registered time zone. Check the account area for the remaining document count and time-zone information. Removing and reinstalling the extension does not reset server usage for the same Google account.
Is PDF content sent to a server?
PDFs and file names are processed locally in your browser. External services support sign-in and the free export allowance. See the privacy notice for details, including the optional survey.
Fonts or exported pages look different
Editing results can vary with a PDF's fonts and document structure. Keep the original file and inspect your exported file. Text recognition for scanned PDFs may contain errors.
What to include in a problem report
- The action that failed and the displayed error message
- The extension version, Chrome version and operating system
- Whether the problem repeats and the steps to reproduce it
- If useful, a screenshot with personal information and document content hidden
Please do not send original PDF files, passwords, authentication tokens or personal information. Share only what is needed to describe the issue.
